inNatura is an ongoing exploration of the human body, nature, and the quiet idea of freedom. For me, nudity is not provocation but a return to something essential—an unmarked state where the body can simply exist. In nature, we are able to shed the layers society places upon us and listen to what remains.

The project is shaped by echoes from art history—Munch’s life force pulsing through all living things, and Anne Brigman’s tender images of bodies woven into the landscape. Their visions remind me that the body can question norms, challenge expectations, and stand as a symbol of raw vitality.

In a Nordic context, where nature and nudity often belong to the same unselfconscious truth, inNatura becomes a space for relief, honesty, and breath. Yet freedom is unevenly distributed, and the project also touches the social boundaries that still shape how we inhabit our bodies.

Those who join are not models but co-creators—seeking silence, protest, or simply a place to breathe

“When I float weightless, time and thought dissolve… nothing feels more constant or more tender.”

“Let women decide over their own bodies. Freedom has a cost, but it is still freedom.”

“Nature takes me as I am. Naked, I become part of it.”

“It holds me like safe arms, letting me release what hurts.”

“Cold seawater on a warm day cleanses everything heavy. I feel present, free, light.”

These reflections reveal a simple truth: nature can be a sanctuary—a place where we pause, soften, and remember ourselves.
